Вот что надо сделать, чтоб по умолчанию пароли не устаревали:
alter profile default limit password_life_time UNLIMITED;
Имя профиля можно узнать так:
SQL> select profile from DBA_USERS where username ='USER1'
2 ;
PROFILE
------------------------------
DEFAULT
Симптомы:
SQL> conn user1/passwd
ERROR:
ORA-28001: the password has expired
Changing password for posc
New password:
Retype new password:
Password changed
Connected.
